Have gone way downhill

This place was okay when I first moved in, but it has declined terribly in the last few years. The maintenence has been a constant issue in both my unit and in the common areas. There are only two men on staff for over 300 units! I have had major maintenence calls (leaking roof) ignored, and when I can get someone in to work on things frequently the work is so poor it actually makes things worse. Our assigned parking spots were revoked two years ago, so the houses across the street use our parking for their parties in the summer, and finding a close spot in the winter is impossible (assuming the spots have been plowed out at all.) Neighbors tend to be hillbillies who trash their porches and patios, so the whole complex looks like a trailer park. The management is frequently rude and are not willing to deal with your complaints unless you take time off from work (since they're only open weekdays from 10-5) to go into the office and spell out for them what they have messed up and need to fix. I am moving out and am happy to be going.
