Poor place to live

I first moved into BGVA a couple years ago. Everything was great, sweet neighbors, good fast maintenance, very personable staff, they took the time to get to know your name and ask how things were going, and then I moved for a larger apartment. When I decided to move again I thought of BGVA first because of how well they were taken care of before. Since I moved they had changed the management team and now everything has gone downhill. The staff in the office are fake friendly and basicaly useless. I actualy had one staff member tell me (after 6 diffrent meeting about this) tell me I needed to go and fix my problem myself. I really don't think they know what they are doing. The maintenance is slow, it took 2 months to get a sink and tub problem fixed, which it broke again a week later. The only part of the apaartments that looks nice are all on Mimi dr, and thats really not saying much. A lot of the people in here are young and loud and rude and have 5 people living in one apartment. I wish I had known how things had changed, I would have never moved back. The one benefit is the price, which you get what you pay for or less. Beware before you move in unless you have really low standards.
