These apartments were built before World War I or something. Nothing works as it is supposed to. Even the windows suck. Too much leakage, broken sides etc etc. Their window parts are so old that the spares are not available anymore.

Maintenance don't show up for days. When they do show up they just do a crappy job and leave. You'll end up calling them multiple times for the same problem.

Apartments don't have good ventilation. Rent is not too less either. They charge close to what others charge in this area.
