Do not move here unless you want to highly disappointed. For starters, insulation is minimal. Gas heat bill for my one-bedroom apartment was in excess of $100 per month--not a bargain! Further, stench from cigarette smoking neighbor infiltrated into my unit each time furnace came on, rendering it totally sickening...a toxic environment! Yet management denies a problem.

Complex advertises a no-pet policy. Yet this same smoking neighbor keeps a cat. When brought to mgmt.'s attention, they say he is "grandfathered."

This same neighbor feeds squirrels/birds off his balcony. My patio as a consequence is littered with 3 pounds of peanut shells. Management has yet to respond to my complaints.

Does this sound like the kind of place you'd like to call home' I sincerely doubt it. Take heed and continue your search! You will not be happy here!

What apartment does this person live in? I'm about to move in to these apartments and want to make sure I"m not by this person!

I'm a current resident and I echo the gas bill issue and I have a 2-bedroom. It suddenly went down, but it's strange of how I'm charged. The cigarette smoke?! You're on it! Constant complaints and denials when Maintenance came to check it out. I will say after a year or so, I've not noticed the cigarette smoking. It could be they no longer smoke. Note the other responses that it truly is a very quiet and serene area to live although in such a busy section of the city. And, the apts are old. I believe they were built in 1980 or 1981, and they certainly could be updated! I moved in for the price (although rent to raise quickly), square footage and layout of apt. Larger than most apts.
