Hi, I had very hard time living in BeechMill Community at south of Indianapolis. This property is managed by Muesing Management. I moved in this apartment in Jan 2007 and in April 2006 after few days our AC stopped working (I guess it was not working at all since when god knows). We complained the same day but were told that the person can come next day only. We spent the whole night in 89F. Next day they charged the gas and after few days it again stopped working. WWe again complained and got message that next day someone would come and we again spent whole night in 85F. This kept on going for few months and then winter came. Next year again it went bad. My daughter was just borned 10 days back and when I told "Ramona" ( manger at BeechMIll Apartments) she replied bluntly that maintenace person would come next day. I told her I have 10 days old baby and this is more than 85F then she replid without any apology that Baby would survive. I felt like I am trying to survive with 10 days old baby in Sahara desert.As usual their maintenence person came next day and we spent whole night in 87F. I called emergency number and they told me that they will come if temp is > 90F (though in weather.com it was showing feels like 91F). After one year of issues they finally replaced the AC unit. It was working fine but one day it went bad again. I told them then Ramona told me she remembers that maintenance person was talking about some pin hole in the pipe. I got surprised. They waited for one week knowing that there is a hole so that we again spend one night in 85F and complain them. Anyway as usual we spent that night at 85F without AC. Next day one person came and fixed the hole. AC was working. After 10 days it again gone bad. Not to mention we spent one night in 84F. This time they told me that there is some hole in the pipe which goes inside the wall so they have to call contractor their maintenence person can not do it. When I asked what about me then Stacy (Manager of Ramona ) told me that the person would charge and check refrigerant gas everyday. I was fooled. On the same week on friday afternoon AC went bad. I got call from my wife but was too busy in one production issue that by the time I got time to call it was 6:00 PM. Though Stacy promised that maintenance person would check gas everyday but he did not check on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It was friday so we again spent 3 nights in > 85F ( it was not > 90 else we would have called emergency number though weather.com was saying feels like 89F). Right now I am using water towels to keep myself any my 1.5 month old daughter cool and writing this review out of frustration. Only God knows when they will fix this. I am hoping that I will leave this apartment soon and as we renewed our lease in winter thus we blame ourself for this problem because we did not leave the Apartment of BeechMill.
