I've lived here for 6 months and I like it very much. I've lived in 7 other apt communities and this place has better neighbors and it's quiet. Despite having 2 utilities, (gas,electric) and despite the age of the community, it is maintained decent enough and has tons of trees and some wildlife to view.
The office and maintanence staff are polite and easy to deal with, which is a very nice surprise after living elsewhere.
I also enjoy the ample parking, I recently moved here from Trotter's Pointe which had lousy parking and trashy neighbors!!
