The townhouse I live in is nice, but that is about all. The people who live across from me and all around me are packed in thier townhouses like termites. They all have one thing in common, NOT LEGAL MEXICAN IMMIGRANTS.
I don't mind --------, their food is good, but DAMN, more than 10 people in a 2 bedroom townhouse is wrong. They don't respect anyone and GOD forbid you want to park anywhere near your townhouse on siesta sunday. Just when you think no one else can fit in their townhouse, they bring in their relatives from all over. They are like cockroaches.

I agree with the above review. My girlfriend is ending her lease in two months and she is excited to leave the dreadful conditions. The facade of the buildings are pleasent, and if you are new to the Indianapolis area it is easy to be decieved. The -------- roam the grounds like Dawn of the Dead, and she was actually harrassed by a neighbor. The office people are nice, but they're little more than used car salesmen. Stay at your own risk.

I lived there too. My first weekend there I was woken up at 8 on Sunday morning with hispanic music blaring from the parking lot. The office staff was nice, but they couldn't seem to handle all the rules for the complex. Parking was an absolute nightmare and there were two hit and run accidents in my parking lot. One involving my roommates new car, and another ending in an arrest of the Mexican girl that was driving. The buildings are nice, the price is right, but you end up paying anyway. They also charge for using the fitness center.
