We looked at a townhouse in March/April of 2005 and the staff was friendly, but unproffesional. The staff apears to live next to the office and they had the back door open and the air moving through smelled like pot to us. (former teen smokers) There were about 5 other people sitting on the patio drinking beer which is fine in ones own home, but lent a rather unprofessional look the Berkley Commons future residents. One staff told the other of her plans to get drunk that night. We felt right away that this wasn't a good fit for us. End
