I lived in Berkley Commons for a year and had no more problems than one would typically expect while renting. I always felt safe and was not worried leaving my fifth grader home by himself after school. He had a lot of friends to play with, and the parents of his friends were very. They do charge for the fitness center, but it is state-of-the-art equipment. It is a one-time charge and much less than a fee paid to a gym. The pool area is large and clean.
We left because we relocated from Indianapolis. Now that we are moving back, and because the price is better than any others in the area for what they offer, we are definitely moving back to Berkley.
