As was stated by a previous tenant, the front of the buildings is very decieving. They look nice and for the amount of rent they are asking, you would think they are nice.
I had to call the cops 10 times in 12 months of living there because of people fighting. I had a group of 14 -------- that were divided into two apartments. Each night they would switch out who was staying at which apartments. On the average there were always 7 or more in a two bedroom apartment next door to me. Most of them would hang out on the front porch so none of my girlfriends wanted to come over for fear of what they would say or do.
That is just the begining. I also had someone come to my apartment one day an say if I didn't get my dog, who was a puppy at the time, to shut up she would make her shut up. A few weeks later my dog came up missing out of my backyard. My cat was also poisoned.
As far as maintenance, my toilet overflowed once and it took them over a month to come fix it. I had no weather stripping on my door for almost 4 months, and I always had to threaten to call the housing board to even get them to acknowledge that I had called with a maintenance issue.
