Not a Good Idea

Initially you'll think you're getting a steal (i.e., 3BD 1.5BA for $675/month), but it's because it's too good to be true. The walls are really thin and you can hear music (which plays at all hours of the night) and shouting (which occurs all the time) through them. The insulation is of poor quality because upstairs it is very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer (even with the heat or AC running at full blast). Further, the grounds are dirty and snow removal is non-existent.
Generally, parking is not too bad. You're not likely to get a spot directly in front of your door, but within the block. There are a lot of units that have several adults/drivers with cars so the lots can tend to be full.
Most often (except in very inclement weather) there are large groups of teens that congregate on doorsteps (which are shared between 2 houses) or in the middle of the street. They're not respectful and create an environment that is not welcoming. Also, we had a bicycle stolen that was within our enclosed back patio. At least once per week on my block (in the back near the train tracks) the police have to be called by someone. Generally this relates to domestic violence, but there is some gang/drug activity that goes on.
Maintence is kind of a crap shoot--if it's something they deem an "emergency" then they are quick to respond. Unfortunately, what they define as emergent and what you would like to be addressed quickly (e.g., a stopped up toilet or drain) do not generally coincide.
The people in the office (although not overly professional) are very nice and quick to help when they can. Please be advised: (Unless you absolutely cannot afford anywhere more expensive) do not live here.
