So I thought the south side was a safe place and it is with the exception on Berkley. I think that they let anyone live here and have no restrictions on it. My next door neighbor has about 8 people living there and it is only a 2 bedroom.

the parking here is terrible and the late fees is ridculous $5.00 a day after the first of the month. The maint is horrible i do not plan on giving them my hard earned money another year. NOt to mention they have big loud dogs roaming,kids roaming all night. Dumpsters always running over with trash,filthy patio areas some of the cars are abandoned and don't have plates on the car. Many rapes have been reported and burglary and not to mention all the illegal immigrants with 20 people living in a one bedroom and parking on the grass. **PERRY TOWNSHIP SCHOOLS SUCK** MOVE TO BRIGHTWOOD YOUR BETTER OFF!!!
