I have lived in these apartments for a few years now, maintenance don't fix much. They can't admit when they dont know how to fix something, so therefore they dont call the appropriate people to fix it and the problems goes unresolved and the issue becomes worse. This is the last place I would recommend anyone to move.
Management don't seem to know the answers to important questions pertaining to certain answers that they should, therefore you have to search for the answer yourself and have proof that its the correct answer and that they are wrong before anything gets resolved.
I would not recommend these apartments.
The elementary school that the children attend is a Title 1 school, meaning that their istep scores are quite low and it is definately over crowded due to the deifferent cultures that live here that can't speak english which holds the other children back because they have to cater to these students.
The laundry room here is filthy dirty.
People don't know how to drive or park here.
