We like it!

My boyfriend and I moved in at the end of March and we really like it thus far. I read the reviews before we moved and it got me so worried and paranoid that I would be raped, mugged, shot, etc. It's nothing NEAR as bad as most of the reviews state.
Yes, the area can be unsafe. You're not living in a quaint, suburban neighborhood. Just have some common sense and you'll be fine. Also, I see cops patrolling pretty frequently. It's not "The Ghetto," people.
I've had to call the office about spills in the hallway and dogs barking excessively, but that's about it. I had to have maintenance come out and fix the dishwasher and check the cable - which they did on the same day I sent the request in. The office staff has been very nice and friendly - especially our leasing agent, Tony. I've had to pick up several packages in the office and have had no problems there.
Overall, I'm very satisfied. Name another complex in the area where you can get over 1,000 square feet for under $1,000 a month (cable, trash and pet fee included). It simply won't happen
