Property manager Kathy is extremely rude to renters and very unprofessional. Says she will fix things and turns around and never does. Ground is becoming very trashy in here. Crime is up in here. Lot of problems that property management ... more

Quiet Place

i feel VERY safe here, there is a police station next door. Also, I think several actual police officer live here- Parknig has never been an issue for me- I come home and I am able to park very close ... more

I have been staying here for about 5months and they are very nice. Maintenance always come on time I haven't had any problems if you are looking for a nice place to stay Choose Braeburn Village.
