I have lived in this apartment complex for a year without any major issues. Unless you consider the other tenants in the complex. Almost every one of the people I have met in this complex are very rude and disrespectful. I have children and expect my children to be respectful. On many occasions my 9 year old daughter was called some really nasty names because she was playing with her friends in areas that the older kids (15-18) wanted to be. In one instance it was an 18 year old who was cussing at these children. When the complex was told of the situation, they said there is nothing they can do. The major issue I have had is the application of the late fees. Your lease will say that you have a grace period until the 3rd day of the month. However, I was told this is not the case. You actually have until the 2nd to pay your rent. If rent is not in by the time they open the office on the 3rd it is a $100.00 fee. I tried to argue this with the management but they seem to care less. On the up side, I haven't experienced many issues with maintenance problems. The few I have had, they fixed right the first time. It is apparent that the staff doesn't really care about the residence, they just want to fill apartments. There is a big sign that says "WE LOVE OUR RESIDENCE". That is a bunch of bull, do not be fooled by this. Parking is almost impossible to find unless it is in the middle of the day when most people are working. So if you don't mind parking on the other side of the complex, having your children cussed at, or being completely lied to this is the place for you. I will not be signing another lease, if I can get out of mine because they don't honor the agreement in their lease then I will.
