small apartment community. nice office staff and great maintainence. We have a very nice swimming pool. Office staff tries to match personalities for each building. No crime, nice people. Apartments a little small, but nice staff and people have kept me here for three years so far. They allow you to have your pets, as long as you obey the leash laws and pay a pet deposit. Staff likes my dog very much.

briergate is just a rip off they do not do anything for you and you have to ask them to do fix things about 10 times before they get anything done . The apartments also have cockroaches in them and ours did since we moved into the apartment in febuary 2005 it is a HELLHOLE they care for no one except themselves as long as the office is nice that is all they care about. There are a whole bunch of limbs that they tore down on the property and they have not yet cleaned it up . So if you ask me they are NOT DOING THEIR JOBS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!! and if they want respect they need to give their attendents the proper care that they need so BRIERGATE IS A HELL HOLE AND WILL ALWAYS BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
