This apartment has got to be the worst apartment I have been to. The staff there cares nothing for you are any other one of there tenants. If you ask them you need something fixed they write it down. But if you move there you will see that you will have to ask them 3 to 4 times for them to do anything at all.

The apartments them selves are basically falling apart. I mean falling apart. The floors there are some cheap flooring if you were to spill anything on them, they would stain. The bathrooms are a joke to, when I first moved in there were a lot of stains. The carpets there are the cheapest, I have ever seen one spill and its all over. The cabinets are falling apart I closed my junk drawer and the thing fell right apart. I had to wait over a week to get that fixed.

The very best parts about these apartments are if they dont like you my friend are out the door for anything. They are like your mom if this is not clean if you dont do this, see you your out the door. Dont let me get started if you dont pay your rent on time. I hate to use this term but they are racists.

Just a heads up if you do happen to move there they raise your rent $50.00 per mouth after the first year just so you know.

we live in Briergate apt my husband and I and our 2 kids THe one who wrote the review is very much correct and they do not care for anyone but themselves .they care for no one. they want their money and that is all that is important they are the worest .
