I am ashamed to say I have lived here for more years than I care to admit. The first 12 years I lived here was under another owner who took excellent care of the apartments and the grounds. When the new "slumlord" owner took over about 4-5 years ago, everything started going down- hill. These apartments are falling apart inside and out and no one cares. I have had the same carpet ever since I've lived here and it wasn't new when I moved in. I have had my apartment flooded over and over and over due to clogged up pipes and they won't even have my carpets cleaned much less replaced. The stench is unbelievable. The apartments, hallways, and laundry rooms are full of mold and mildew. I had to call the Board of Health but so far nothing has been done, and I don't expect anything will ever be done.

I am moving out this summer finally because I am scared and ashamed to bring my new little grandchild over here for fear she will get sick stepping foot in this mold infested building.

The owner is an ------- who does not care anymore what kind of residents he has living here or what kind of conditions anyone has to live in. He also owns Wingate apartments which looks like a bombed out war zone. People should not even be allowed to live in that rathole. It's disgusting, dangerous, and barely standing. It should be bulldozed.

Public housing projects look like rich neighborhoods compared to this place. Anyone who moves in here should have their head examined.
