These aparments are ok, if you need a quick fix. We have cockroachs and they haven't fixed anything that we have reported. And there are two sex offenders in the aparment complex!!! I have looked them up! We moved in here as a last resort and have been dying to get out!

Oh we have been living in these apartments for six years going on seven and when we moved in the apartments were ok. Now they have gone to the dumps and letting more section 8 people move in who bring roaches with them and leave them when they leave and now they are hard to get rid of, we didn't have any bugs until they all start moving in and out. People congregate in the hallways like it's church, they stand in the hallways and laundry room and smoke all day and night, there are a million people living in one apartment, and the washer and dryers in the building are a joke, they don't work half the time and you have to end up going to another building to do laundry. But when your income is low beggers can't be choosers. And yes there are two known sex offenders that live in these apartments and one is the maintenance man. When everyone found out he was a convicted sex offender they moved him out and moved him into Wellington apartments they own and he still works in our apartments.
