I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 8 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY BUG PROBLEMS! YES THEY HAVE SWITCHED US OVER TO AUM, BUT FOR ME IT WORKS OUT BETTER BECAUSE I ALWAYS HAVE MY HEAT WAY UP,SO IT DOESNT CHARGE ME THAT WAY! IT CHARGES ME BY HOW BIG MY APARTMENT IS (SO THE PREVIOUS WRITER MUST BE SOMEONE THAT IS A TROUBLE MAKER AROUND THIS NEIGHBORHOOD!!) EVERY TIME I GO TO THE OFFICE TO PICK UP A PACKAGE OR TO PAY MY RENT, EVERYONE IS VERY FRIENDLY TO ME!
I THINK THIS NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY FRIENDLY AND COMFORTABLE.. I WOULD AND SILL DO RECOMEND THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.
