This Apartment complex is evicting a mother with 4 children because of Late Rent. The Rent was only late a few days and Late fees WERE PAID. 9 days notice is all that has been given. She has tried to work something out. They won?t even extend it a week. She even offered to pay 2 months rent in advance. That was turned down also. I feel this company is really being unfair. Sure they have to run a buisness. But My God this is just Crazy. 9 days to find a new apartment put down deposites and move. It's almost as if this woman gets a big Kick out of being in control. Well maybe it is because she has none at home. No reason to take it out on other people. I really doubt that she has even called corp. office to request a later move out date. She also won?t give us the numbers to call our selves. I thought by law you had the right to know who owned your apartment. I wouldn?t advice anyone moving in there until they are under new managment.
