I lived in Marten Manor North for three months, three months too long for me. Our apartment was not ready for us to move in on the agreed upon date and we had to get a hotel, NONE of our maitenance requests were serviced, AND THE OFFICE STAFF/MANAGERS WERE HORRIBLE!

This manager still thought the previous renter lived in our apartment when we gave them our 1 month notice, and she couldn't even figure out who we were! By the time we moved out the figured out who we were, or so we thought. I gotmy deposit back 4 months after move out, after I called multiple times and had sent multiple emails!

I'd comment on the maintenance staff, but I never saw them, once.

I wouldn't have had such a problem with the office staff except for the fact that they were extremely rude and didn't take responsibilty for any of their huge errors. Needless to say, I'm glad that I only had to live there for 3 months, any more would have been torture. Never again will I rent an apartment based on internet research alone!
