Yes, I waded through water to do my laundry also. Not to mention living with the water loving earwig bugs that made my apartment home because the laundry room flooded constantly getting my apartment wet.
It took over 6 months of my one year stay to get this problem fixed and I got lucky, went to complain the day the main manager was present (owner). He was very kind and did get the problem fixed quickly, but the onsite staff blew me off for months.
Loud partying neighbors and drunk people on our stair steps are a regular. Not to mention the neigbors animals that run around free inside the common area. Once I even found the cats in my apartment. Must have slipped in while I was carrying groceries.

When I lived there, our neighbors did the same thing. They left on vacation and we just ended up taking the cat in. If he wasn't going to feed it or keep it in his home, that's his fault. I really enjoyed living there.
