Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I lived here from May-2001 to May-2002 (one year lease), and never have the staff given me problems. Though my dishwasher is definitely in dire need of replacement, the grounds staff always came within the next 24 hours to give it an unsticking /beating/cleaning.

There were numerous incidents where visitors and new neighboring tenants parked in my covered space, and one of the staff went from door-to-door in my building to find out who it was.

Yes, we've had some loud, noisy, all-night neighbors. Can you believe this, though, one 18-year-old, when he planned to have a large all-night party, went to every apartment in the building and asked each tenant if it was going to be a problem!!!
