WARNING!!WARNING!!WARNING!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/24/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Don't do it. Spare yourself now. Continue your search, but whatever you do, DON'T LIVE HERE! Poor record keeping and snotty attitudes by the office staff only make the place worse. Probably because the staff is forced to deal with the hell that is Marten Manor each and every day of their miserable lives. Filthy apartment, disgusting entryway, broken dishwasher, leaky ceiling......to name just a few of the problems. Question.....do they still make 3 pronged telephone cables' VERY IMPORTANT....DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY....BEWARE OF THE SHOWER. One water heater per building causes two problems...you better learn to take quick showers and be quick on your feet when water goes from a reasonable temp to scalding hot or freezing cold in a split second. For questions or complaints please feel free to call Steve Hobenstein with Cremco Management at 317-387-0115. He won't answer your calls or return messages for a few months and you must be persistent. It's the thrill of the chase that makes it worth it though. For you true sportsmen out there I say I say keep it up and give'em hell!
