Lived in this place for almost 3 years . Management is very rude and simply cares about late fees and paying rent on time, otherwise it is simply not their business. I lost my car, because of management, and my apartment was robbed as well. There were nine other apartments that I knew of that had a break in as well. Management will put any late rent /fees on your credit without notice. Gas bill will be above $100 in winter because they do not have individual meters and just average the cost. I had a $130 bill and usually average above $100 (only 2 people living in apart.). Front gate is ALWAYS open and simply any one can come in and out of the community as they please. No wonder apartments are robbed in the mid of the day!
You pay everything sewage, trash, water etc.
I am so glad I will be finally able to move out.
STAY AWAY !
