After living here for one day someone threaten to kill me and my roomate. After living here for only four months we had been broken into four times, three of which things got stolen (TV's, computers, CD's, electronic appliances, clothes, even my underwear and beer, and the other time we had to chase the burglar out with a baseball bat. All management did was move us in to another apartment on the other side of the complex after the second burglary and had the nerve to blame the robberies on us!! Two days after the second robbery (the one in which my clothes were stolen), I saw a guy wearing on of the shirts stolen out of my closet. Besides blaming us and moving us, management did absolutely nothing. They have no standards for who they let move in. They let the lowest pieces of **** on this planet move into Broad Ripple Towne Homes. Unless you like having all of your personal belongings stolen and your life threatened, this is the worst possible place you could live. The management is horrible, the landlord is an idiot, however the maintenance crew, though slow and often inefficient are really nice guys. I hate this place and hope burns to the ground, and the landlord can burn with it. He really sucks! And he's not the most intelligent person on the planet, actually, he's quite the idiot. I don't know how he got that job. I guess the standards aren't set very high for slumlords these days.
