The place looks very nice on rent.com because of the pictures, the price is right and the floorplan looks good. However, don't trust the internet preview 100%. Just before signing a lease, I went to Indianapolis to take a pre-employment drug screen and thought I'd swing by Broad Ripple Towne Homes since I was in town to see where I'd be living. Woah, was I in shock... it's not really in Broad Ripple. It's south of there, more like in the ghetto neighborhood. I was instantly turned away because of the crappy location and unkept parking lot.
I would be careful and visit this community before signing a lease to ensure this is where you want to live!
