Do Not Move Here! From: dezibug Date posted: 8/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Me and my husband and son moved in here. We needed space and a second bedroom for the baby. I will give it to them..they are big and look decent indide. MY dishwasher was the first one ever made I do believe. It barely worked...no kitchen space whatsoever. When the heater is on in the winter...your kitchen is SOO hot you can barely cook in there. The AC broke down 5 times the year that we lived there. Maintenance rarely comes out. When my son was about 3 months old our furnace for ourr apt went ou. It was snowy and FREEZING outside. Believe it was about 20 outside. It took them 2 days to fix it. We had to go stay with my inlaws because it was too cold in the apt for my baby. We could wrap up in blankets but wasnt good enough for me sorry. I expect heat when I rent an apt for over 600 dollars. The staff is very rude. Parking sucks. You have to park so far away from your apt. Especially on fri or sat night ...god forbid you go out you will come home to no parking. You hear everything your neighbors do. Walkin...creaky boards, shower ect... We had neighbors who would go outside and party on their patio and we heard everything said. Woke my baby up so many time..my hubby works very early in the morning ...woke him up all the time. Called security didnt show up for a whle then did nothing. Called IPD numerous times. Sad you have to do drastic things to get sleep! Patio door didnt lock ..had to ghetto rig it and was not safe..did not fix as promised the year we rented there. When we did leave..they tried to say we had things dirty or damaged and I cleaned for 3 days..to make sure everything was spotless so I know it is BS. Then tried to charge us for another months rent ..we gave them 60 day notice and they claimed they never heard anything and tried to charge us for another months rent. Place is a total hole!
