Broadripple Townhomes are terrible! The air conditioning at my apartment has not worked all summer. The temperature in my apartment is constantly over 80! Every week I go to the office to tell them in person that my air is on but not working! He says he'll get someone right over to fix it. This normally results in about 2 days later... rediculous if you ask me, keep in mind how hot it is! I talk to him again today, and he tells me to turn off my air and open the windows! I know that a air conditioner sometimes freezes up, but the air has never worked. I forgot to mention that my a/c unit looks like it has went thourgh a war zone! It is a big hunk of rust sitting on my back patio. Due to the a/c being a piece of crap my elec. bill was $200! rediculous! that is just the beginning, the windows in my apartment are falling out! anyone could easily break in and steal all of my stuff. my water heater also goes out about every other month, they just patch it back together and cross their fingers. The complex is also located in the GETTO!!! not Broadripple! My car has been keyed, not just one scratch, but the whole side of my Jeep was covered in swirls!!! I had to get my whole car repainted!!!!! Both of my roomates cars have been broken into! If none of this information deters you from living here....
