Nice place, but a little bit overpriced

We moved in february and have already had some impression about Broad Ripple Village. To start with, I tell about cons:
First, the staff is a little bit a sly - the deposit was raised by 50% the day we moved in and $50 non-refundable (were not told about this), the gas and electric bills turned out to be twice higher than we were told.
Second, the apartment was after "remodeling", but the carpet was with paint stains, stuck drain and smell of glue.
Third, the kitchen furniture is good, but not brand-new and hot-cold water faucets are not combined in one, which is not very convenient.
Cons:
First, the floor plan is handy, the patio is great and the neighbourhood is quiet (only the school across the field)
Second, warm in winter (even in february) - thanks to gas heating)
Third, parking is ok - plenty of free space and even some covered parking for extra charge, of course))
I hope this will help to det a new home)) vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
