i have lived here for 2 years its okay..during my stay i found out during winter you dont get any disterbences because no one is out, during the summer kids are about on the hallways, there have been breakins in to the cars.my unit was close to the poll area and you can hear residents out there at 2am sometimes,i saw police there all the time.But overall the maintnence was always there the next day. Like i said its always calm during winter or when its cold.:)parking was always available, if you want ur car safe park it where the units are visible.The staff trys to keep laundry room clean, but there alwasy lazy people who dont like to throw there trash away, lint is always on the floor.If your planning to rent here dont get a basement apt. it get to cold in winter, and for the summer the grass and bugs get to close to the window.
