I lived in this area for a year, under the old management. Some unthinkable things happened to me while I was living here, and while it was not managements fault... the people in this area are not the best to live around. The people above my apt. caught their apt. on fire probably up doing drugs all night and passed out leaving a cigarrette on their mattress. The problem was quickly solved and they put me in a better 2 bedroom apt. that day. While I lived there, I had a lady living above me that hustled the streets and sold drugs, and while they told me she was not allowed there, they never did anything about it until after I had had enough. I had prostitutes and drug addicts roaming around my apt. at all hours of the night.

The positive of these apts. is that I doubt any of this would have happened under the new management. The new management has made some great improvements to the apartments, but I sincerely doubt it will change the safty of the area. The staff was very helpful to me and fixed things right away when asked. There was only one maintenece man that was quite rude... but he still fixed everything. It probably is a good place to live now under the new management.. as long as they are picky about who they let live there.
