I could not wait to move out. I moved into a three bedroom house in a quieter neighborhood for 800 a month. It has a finished basement, porch, garage, and shed plus other nice benefits.
It was so nice to leave a 611 one bedroom apt in a complex with the rudest people I have ever met. They don't return calls or emails unless they want money. They post your business on a piece of paper rolled up in the door. Would it be so difficult to put something in an envelope at least' Preferably in my mailbox.
The staff has cussed, hung up, and just treated people like they are criminals. It is not a peacful living environment. Bums come up to the porch and ask for cigarettes. Just don't make this mistake. People are moving out and the market is bad. These people don't deserve good honest business during these hard times.

They also posted a note on my door too, with all of my banking information, including account number and routing number, which violates federal laws.

1. Why give bums money? Duh! If you do then of course they will come back.
2. When you write an non-suffcient funds check then they CAN send you a letter. They are required to show the check image as well. All companies do so. They cannot put that in your mailbox however because the only ones that can open a locked mailbox is federal employees and the residents. At one point they posted gas bills but nobody liked that and so they LISTENED and now they put them on the mailboxes. Not in them but on them. So dont bounce checks and you wont get notices on your door. = )
