I stay to myself and yet in still my home was brioken into. I am a single mom with kids. I used to work 6 days a week and then I got sick. Before getting sick I never really noticed what was going because we were never home. we were only home long enough to sleep. at night all I heard were sirens from the neighborhood. But then one night I hear gunshots. and low and behold on the TV the next day someone was shot just doors down from me. Then 3 people in my street had there homes broken into.

I started to be home during the day once I lost my job. Thats when I noticed nobody had jobs. They loitterred all day long. They drunk and smoked weed in plain sight. I realized I lived by a drug house as I noticed 20-30 people out the apt in a day. The pet owners let there dogs poop all over the property where the kids couldnt play in the grassy areas. I went a week without heat. I had a bathtub that could never be used because it stayed clogged.

And then I noticed someone kept coming into my apt without permission. First I had a laptop stolen but all the doors were locked. Then I saw the maintenance man buying drugs and two and two made 4. So I notified the office and nothing.

Then my home got broken into while we were at church. They took 2 flat screen TVs a 42in and a 50in My daughters dell computer and the 22in monitor that went with it plus a laptop.

It is a shame how these people here live. And to steal from a woman is messed up. To steal from kids. To do what they are doing for the office to not safeguard good people from these violent predators

Oh yeah beware there is a clause in the lease that they can raise the rent if they want to during the lease term so my rent went from $799 to $880 after living there about 2 months. who would pay almost 900 for a 3bd 1.5ba in the middle of a war zone

I also live in this place. Seeing that you live in the 3 Bedroom Im guessing you live in the townhomes. I also live in the townhomes and had my house broken into. Im not going to list details on how the person(s) got in but they got off with about $3000 worth of stuff. The bad thing is that it was during the day and no one seen anything. I told that management what happened and they shrugged it off. Very very insulting to me. The person that came into my house and left some evidence. The staff took it so they could compare it or identify it. Months later they have yet to do anything. I know who did it and so does many others but i have no way to prove it. Other than that, this place wouldn't be so bad if people if so many people in this complex wasn't so corrupt.

As i sit here and write this review i am still laughing. I know EXACTLY who wrote this review and find it hilarious! Hmmm you are a single mom and stay alone huh? Last I saw you had your MOM who kept the police over here living with you. She was also wondering around outside DRUNK numerous times. You also ALWAYS had traffic in and out of that damn apartment and I for one am GLAD you are finally gone. Its obvious it wasnt by choice since I have seen maint. throwing so much stuff away that you seft. Doubt that you would have left all that crap if u moved willingly. Sounds like a bitter review. I also live on Sandy Ann and live alone (college student) and couldnt stand all the loitering and constant traffic. but now that you and two units down from you are gone I LOVE IT! There was nothing but traffic and drama. And I for one check the police site for break-ins and I never once saw a report made for your apt. I just checked and its not there. So I wonder why do you claim to have all this stuff stolen and not report it? And funny how if they did break in, that they broke in agian. Maybe you shouldnt have so many different people in and out your apartment. And again as I sit here and look outside my window I love that i dont see all that traffic out you window and have to deal with your mom wondering around drunk. I personally have lived here for 4 years now and like it. I do hate the damn dog crap everywhere but when I took my complaint to the office they said that this spring they are putting dog posts up so hopefully the lazy owners will use them.

You know whats funny? About a week after "jreamlover" had her TV stolen, the same model was up for sale on Craigslist under the same e-mail address. I still have the e-mails to prove it.
