I lived here for a year and had nothing but negative experiences from the office and management staff. At least the maintenance staff is friendly but incompetent. If you do rent here, read everything very thoroughly. The manager told me herself that they are taken to court often and are always safe because they cover themselves in the lease...so they are able to make verbal promises that they don't legally have to keep. Just be careful, this is a dishonest business. Document EVERYTHING...every conversation, every defect with the property, etc. That's the only way I survived without being thoroughly scammed. Other tenants that I spoke with had much worse stories than I ever did. Also, the free wi-fi is a joke; I never had internet even though I called about it several times.

Agreed!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! We put down a deposit and our unit was then given away with no good reason. We were then lied to over and over by different leasing agents. We were fed up and asked for our deposit back and were denied. We still don't have our deposit back!! A bunch of liars and frauds. They also told us they are almost at maximum capacity, but I see there ads all over Craigslist EVERYDAY. Shady, shady, shady. Stay far away!!!
