I have lived in 3 different apartments within Brockton and have been very happy the 5 years I ve been there. Maintenence requests have been responded to promptly, office staff have always been courteous, I ve never had a single security issue. I can t hear anything from the apartments around me (very well constructed walls of the mid-20th century instead of studs and drywall of the last few decades). I occasionally hear people outside late at night but that s not unlike most housing neighborhoods. But the community as a whole is usually pretty quiet - a large proportion of tenants are retirees - many of whom have lived there since the apartments were built.

My current apartment sits on a wonderful courtyard with old growth trees and is lovely year round. I have space to plant flowers and enjoy being outside and an inside layout that works very well for me. I also think it s a great deal for the price. I recommend it highly to anyone who asks.

The apartments are clearly older than many and things do occasionally breakdown - but they were well built to begin with and I would rather deal with something that is a bit more worn than something which is brand new and should be perfect but just wasn t built very well.

I won t live in any other apartment complex.
