I lived here for one year and it was one year too long. The apartment had one problem after another and the carpenter ant problem was out of control. My cat could not get to her food before the ants did and they were HUGE! I lived in the 3 story locked building w/a elevator where everyone was 100 years old or older. It had a gym that was non functional and rusted. A parking garage that was frightening and had problems with break in's and vandelism. There are things that the staff don't tell you about when signing the lease, like the fact that you have to pay an extra $60-80 all year round for heating even in the summer. The staff Lisa, Kelly and Bess where 3 complete ------- in every sense of the word. When my lease was up I could not have been happier except for the fact the manager tried her best to keep my deposit by lying about damage that had not occurred. I got my $$ back as soon as I threatened to call a third party to investigate the issue. I have told EVERYONE I know that these apartments suck and don't move here unless you are near death and want to be tortured by 3 snotty leasing agents!

I had bugs too every spring and late summer. But I called the office and they sent in pest control to spray the apartment (same building as you), every time.
