I cannot wait to get out of here. Moved in and my main toilet kept backing up (yuck). They did not see this as priority because I had a half bath. Maintenance kept coming out and snaking, did NO good. Finally 4 mths later I demanded they change the toilet, they said "We'll come out and look at it." Oh no your not going to look at it your going to replace it, you've been looking at it for 4 mths. AC didn't cool anything (even LR). Didn't replace until middle of summer, when I about went crazy on them. I was 7 mths pregnant and hot!!! One maintenance problem after another. Such a hassel to get them out I finally don't even bother. People underneath me were DIRTY and caused roaches. Came out and sprayed after the whole building called and complained. They're back and brought their mouse friends with them. Basement is desserted and filthy. Sewage has back up down there and did not fix for over a week. And the kids of Brookwood are FOA's (future offenders of America). They're rotten and the 4 yr olds will curse you out better than a sailor. Walls are thin. Heard my downstairs neighbor getting it on. Turn off stairway lights before it's light outside in the morning. VERY DANGEROUS! Most office staff are young and catty girls.
