I understand where some people are coming from, but the apartments are not as bad as these other people say. I have lived here for 5 months I moved here when I came home from the military. The original reason I wanted to visit Brookwood is because of the price you cannot beat the price for the square footage, but when I made my first visit the office staff was so nice to my family and I. I could not wait to move in. I was in the military for 20yrs and I have seen a lot of apts in a lot of places around the world. This by far is one the most friendliest staffs I have ever met. The apts are old I think they are about 35 yrs old so there will be problems here and there but from what I have seen the maintenace staff is always right on top of it. The bottom line for the money it is a nice community and a good place to live. The only reason I will be leaving in 7 months is to move into our new home we are having built. The last thing I would like to say to someone interested in Brookwood is, look how old some of these complaints are. And look at the way some of these people represent themselves not very well. Thanks for the good experience Brookwood.

Why is dislike of something you like "not representing yourself well" My husband is deployed for Iraq, so the military thing is not a card to guarantee truthfulness or good judgement. And our response to these people is recent and vehement. We will not recommend them to anyone and we have reported them for bad business practices.
