I recently moved into this complex and I have never had such a horrible moving experience before. The complex was two days late in getting the apartment ready. There were so many things wrong with the apartment when I did my initial walk through that I had to threaten to leave if they didn't fix everything. The apartments are nothing like the model they show you. The place has a very dirty feel to it. The management and maintenance staff do not seem to care if you have problems. ANYONE WHO THINKS ABOUT MOVING INTO BROOKWOOD SHOULD DEMAND TO SEE THEIR APARTMENT BEFORE DECIDING. THE MODELS ARE VERY DECEIVING! I would not recommend this place to anyone. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS TERRIBLE!!! I lived here two separate times. The first time it was great and I loved it. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER COME BACK!!!! The second experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Our apartment wasn't ready at move-in, they jacked us around about everything from the maintenance to the appliances I am not one to complain, but it was a terrible experience. The main reason is that we had hoodlums living below us that were loud and smoked heavily and constantly. The smoke seeped into our apartment majorly...and for whatever reason, the staff couldn't seem to fix it...it was in our clothes, in our furniture...everything. After months of complaining, I decided to forgo further risks of getting cancer and moved out....They held my packages for weeks without letting me know that it had come to the office. This place is terrible...I don't know if they replaced the management or what in the last few years...but it made me hate this place. Honestly, I am one of the nicest people in the world...and I choose my words carefully...but I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy now.
