(user photo) This is the inside corridor or commonway of the building on a random day. Yes that is a piece of chicken laying on the floor. You can see that someone has thrown a bag of something out there as well.

You can see that someone has thrown a bag of something out there as well. (user photo) During the fire my entertainment stand was ripped out of place and dragged into the dining room. That is the table in the background with my belongings thrown onto it carelessly. (user photo) The frost on the INSIDE of our window (user photo) Our neighbors sink backed up into ours. It took more than 24 hours to get fixed.

Although I love my spacious apartment, and have made a nice home for myself, and the rent is affordable, the buildings were built in the 1960s so upkeep is ongoing, but mostly not done at all. I also I have trouble with being treated so poorly by the staff. They are rude, ineffecient. These apts used to be privately owned, and were really nice. Now they are owned/managed by AIMCO, and it is what we have come to expect from large firm management that lacks personal touch and is only run by "numbers". I would not refer anyone and wish I had time to picket the place on weekends to warn passersby and the community in general how poorly run they are.
