This is possibly the worst place in Indy to live. It is dirty, unsafe, unhealthy, unmaintained, and the staff practice deceptive leasing practices. MAKE SURE YOU SEE YOUR APARTMENT BEFORE YOU MOVE IN.........IT IS NOT THE SAME AS THE MODEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE MOST HORRIBLE APARTMENTS! I fully agree! We had our first orientation yesterday and consultant didnt show up...She didnt call either. We were fortunate in getting into the new building but what a horrible team that works in Brookwood! I cannot believe how discusting and rude these people are.....Professional is not what I have experienced. The apartments have had several bug problems and it is a very unsafe environment for families and children in general. HORRIBLE!!!
