Where to start. Can someone say little mexico and ghettoville' This place is the dumps!! maintance is nowhere to be found! had several issues, including a fire and maintance has done nothing, NOR has the company, AIMco done crap about helping with anything. People are rude, noise, busted beer bottles, poor laundry facilities, the list goes on and on and on! oh and on top of that, the electric is FAR from being up to code. NONE of it is grounded in my apartment, and id almost bet a dollar, in NONE of the buildings!
Word of warning to would be renters: AVOID ANY AIMCO PROPERTIES! no matter which one you look at in indy, they all are little mexico.
