I used to live at Brookwook Apartments. Most experiences with the mantenance guys would end up bad. They often neglected to fix anything what so ever or would often just put off the problems way too long. Invasion of Privacy with neighbors and management. A really poor place to live. Half the summer the pool was not open. The gutter system is incorrect leaving every patio with huge puddles of waterand debris.
