(user photo) This is the inside corridor or commonway of the building on a random day. Yes that is a piece of chicken laying on the floor. You can see that someone has thrown a bag of something out there as well.

Maintenance is terrible. They come into your apartment with no notice and still don't fix things right. Our whole bathroom is mildewy because of shoddy workmanship. They put down "new" floor tiles in the bathroom directly over the old ones and last year we had frost on the inside of our bathroom window because they caulked it so poorly. They refused to replace our dishwasher even though it no longer works and was sparking. The price is low but there's definitely a reason for that. We're moving as SOON as our lease is up.
