I would not recommend living in this complex. Ever since we came to live here we've had problems. We originally put a deposit down on a specific model and was given an address and told me would be able to move in on a specific date. A week before this date arrived, we came to give them the rest of the money and they said they had already rented the apartment to someone else...even though we had given them the necessary deposit and signed a contract with them''''' They didn't have any other apartments that were the same style, one bedroom in the front by the office, so they decided to be "nice" and give us an old, unfinished 2 bedroom. Since we needed a place to live right away, we decided to take it since we didn't have time to look around. When they showed us the apartment, the bathroom was unfinished, meaning the bathtub looked like it had been in the apartment for 30 years. It was chipping, the sink was rusting, and the window in the bathroom wouldn't stay open without something "propping it up." They told us someone would come out and fix it up...but they never did. We also had a screen door that didn't quite stay on the hinges, and that my boyfriend was forever fixing in order to keep the door open. We told them the day we moved in that we wanted that fixed and they said no problem. That was last July and we didn't have it replace until March! SLOOOOW Maintenance. In my apartment building alone, 2 residents had their cars broken into and had their radios stolen out...thank goodness I have an alarm! The halls in the building always have the stench of something rather filthy. :( Everytime we have to discuss something with the ladies in the office, their rude and don't seem to care. The only thing they are focused on is getting new residents to earn their petty commission.
Also...on 6/8, we had one of our vehicles broken into and everything stolen out of it: stereo system, cd's, glass shattered. There was someone parked right next to us that had their vehicle broken into as well! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE OR YOU'LL BE SORRY!!! We'll be moving out next weekend as a result of this!
