I actually never moved into these apartments because on the day that I was supposed to move they did not have my apartment ready...On both my roommate and my application we wrote the date we wanted to move, and the man helping us even wrote it AGAIN at the top of BOTH of the applications...So the date was clearly on there four times...When I called to confirm I found out that he had scheduled the move-in date for almost a month later than what we had said we needed...There was never a call made to me about the move-in date being changed, and any time I called nobody knew what was going on, so I left three messages to have the man who took our applications and security deposit give me a call, and never received one...
I have never been so disgusted with the lack of professionalism in a company in my whole life...It was an out of town move for me, almost three hours away from where I currently live...We had everything in order; new jobs worked out, leaving our old ones, all of our new furniture to accommodate the size of our apartment, the moving van reserved...All things that can't just be held off for another month...
My advice is to stay on these people if you want to be sure your apartment will be ready for you when you need it...The apartments that they showed us were really really gorgeous, so if you don't mind an extremely unorganized, unprofessional staff, then this place wouldn't be so bad

They did the same thing to me- on the weekend I was suppose to move in they decided to re-glaze the tub. There they were as proud as a 4 year old because the tub was reglazed, meanwhile the fumes were so bad I had to postpone moving in by a week- yet I still got to pay rent on top of rescheduling my movers.
