I am a resident of BrookWood my boyfriend and I don't like it here we hate it. We do talk to some people around here, they say that they are having prblems with the whole entire BrookWood staff. So are we. This place is a joke to live in. We are tired of all the teens causing fights around here, they stay out untill 3:00 am. One time a 4 year old nearly drowned in the pool, thankfully a nurse just got home and helped the todler, he's ok thank god. None of the parents keeps an eye on their kids. There's car break ins, apartments geting robed, fires in the basements inbuildings because of 7 year old 8 year old kids be doing these things. The parents don't care. It took the staff 3 years to really fix everything in my apartment. We hate this place. 6 or 7 weeks ago there was gun shots going by this one ladys apt. she saw sparks out her window. The office don't do anything about the stuff around here. Like one night there was a bunch of teens outside beaten eachother up, and with a shot gun too. Cops didn't take any kids away. It took BrookWood 3 years to fix everything in my apartment. Because I did call the Board Of Health thats why. They wouldn't fix nothing if I hadn't called them. Now they are trying to get me kicked out. The property manager now he may be leaving today 8/1/08. Some 4 year old nearly drowned in the complex pool because some 14 year old kicked open the gate late night. This place is a joke to live in, it sucks. I pay $551.00 for a 2 bdrm. This is the worst place i ever lived. This place was up for sale for 3 years finally got sold. There is kids that is in elementry school that is young as 6 runs all over the place. people drives to fast in here. There is some child molesters in and around here. If alot of trouble is going on staff doesn't care or fix anything why move in here. If you like drug neighbor hoods where people break in your car and your apt this is the place for you. Too many people called the board of health on this place Im one of them. They hate me even more. Everyone here has bad things to say about this place. I heard it was going to be boarded up and closed down too. After my new lease is up we are movinh OUT.

the apartment are crappy every body stuff dont get fix there is sexual offenders that do live in there the kids in there misbehave there is drugbust there practicably everyday the apartment is like liveing in the getto its the worst place to live the apatments lie up at the office they dont write things down and they treat you like crapt i would stay away from these apartments not worth it trashy beyound trashy worst than getto i would rather move to the getto than move there thats how bad it is there
